"Ok, Toronto is cool. I'm doing interviews all day. I wanted to let you guys know some big news first! It's springtime, the sun is out and I am going to go back to blonde. I miss it and the weather is nice and for some reason, I am going to do it!
Also, based on your feedback and input, it looks like the next video will be Danger or Stranger. We will make a definite choice this week! Because of you guys, I am still doing OK on TRL. I am planning my summer tour. It's going to be like you have never seen before. It looks like Seattle is doing a lot of kicking and screaming for me to start there. I still want to hear from you about which city to kick it off in!"

Pop singer/actress Hilary Duff was so impressed with the results of her 'dessert or bread' diet she went crazy and accepts she lost too much weight. Singer stunned fans late last year (06) when she appeared at a series of parties and launches looking waif-like and skinny. The backlash made Duff take a long hard look at herself in the mirror - and she didn't like what she saw.
She says, "I made a conscious choice to get in shape. I've always been a junk food eater, but I started paying more attention to what I put in my body and cut out foods like pizza, chicken fingers and French fries. If I knew I'd want dessert one night, I wouldn't have bread that day. If I wanted to eat bread, I wouldn't have dessert. Seeing how well it worked motivated me to keep going, but I hit a period when I got too skinny. I wasn't too obsessed with it, but I did learn that there have to be days when you just don't think about it."
Hilary Duff has a $90,000 watch

Actress recently splashed out the enormous sum on an extravagant Jacob and Co. time piece, but admits she is embarrased about her lavish purchase.
She said: "I think my Jacob watch is the most expensive thing I have ever bought. I think it was, like, $90,000. It's really bad! I hate that I have that watch now. I want to get rid of it, I never wear it."
Duff - whose ex-boyfriend is Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden - admits she has a penchant for expensive jewellery.
However, the 19-year-old actress-and-singer insists she doesn't like to flaunt her wealth like other celebrities.
She explained to TV Hits! magazine: "I spend a lot of money on jewellery, I like diamonds. I buy shoes all the time as well and they can be expensive. I love coats too. I have a house and two cars but I don't really buy things like that. I see people who constantly change their cars and constantly want the newest stuff, but I'm not interested."
Duff: 'I'd give up singing for acting'

Hilary Duff has admitted that she would give up pop music to further her acting career. The 19-year-old has sold 13 million albums and starred in a number of successful films, including Cheaper By The Dozen and A Cinderella Story.
When asked whether she would give up pop music to earn a top film role, she told the NME: "Yes I would. I don't think that could ever happen though. I don't think anyone would ever say, 'If I give this to you, young grasshopper, you will have to stop this singing. But if I had to choose between the two it would definitely be acting."
Hilary Duff: Joel And I E-Mail All The Time

They've both moved on since their breakup last year, but Hilary Duff and her ex, Joel Madden, still e-mail all the time, she says in a new interview with CosmoGirl! magazine.
"Joel was my boyfriend for two years and I loved him - he was a very important part of my life," she tells the magazine. "All that stuff about the age difference between us being the reason we broke up is just not true; I never felt the age difference. Breaking up was just something that I felt needed to happen between us … we e-mail all the time now and are at a really good place."
Duff, whose new album, "Dignity," was released this month, says that even though she and Madden seemed very different, they actually had a lot in common.
"People thought we were an unlikely couple, but we really weren't that different," she says. "After two months, I didn't even see his tattoos anymore, because that's not who he is. He used to say, 'I don't think there are too many people out there who really get you, but I do.' And he did. I could be stupid, silly, funny, or crazy, and he got it. He gave me a sense of confidence and independence I didn't have before."
Madden is currently dating "Simple Life" star Nicole Richie. Rumors circulated that songs Duff's album - including the song Gypsy Woman - were about Richie. Duff told USA Today recently that Gypsy Woman is actually about the other woman who broke up her parent's marriage.
"It's interesting - half the record was written when I was in a relationship with Joel, and the other half was written after we'd broken up. So together, the album is just really personal," she says. "So many of the songs are about things my family has gone through. I was scared to write about that stuff at first, but then I thought, 'Why try to make it seem like I have a perfect life when I don't'?"
Duff also fesses up to being insecure about her body and admits that she got a little too skinny recently.

Third single is "Stranger"

"Stranger" is offically the third single off "Dignity" following "Play With Fire" and "With Love". The video was shot this weekend, first reported on Hilary's UK website, by Matthew Rolston. Kellan Lutz will be again in the video which is a continuation of "With Love". The video will explore a man who is caring and respectable in public to his lover but when the doors are closed he is cold and distant. The video will take place in India. Expect to see something similar to "Moulin Rouge" with Hilary dressed up in full Indian costume. The visuals will be breaktaking.
Hilary Duff & Lindsay Lohan: War is over

The cold war between Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff is finally over. The two stars, who had a conflict dating back to 2002 when they simultaneously dated Aaron Carter, have been spotted hanging out lately. And their onetime feud, which Duff once called "silly," is all in the past.
"We are both adults and whatever happened, happened when we were young," Duff tells PEOPLE. "It's over."
In fact, the pair have been acting like bona fide BFFs recently. Last week, they were together at Hollywood club Teddy's, where they chatted and danced. Later they dashed to the bathroom for a gossip session when Duff's ex Joel Madden arrived with Nicole Richie.
Lohan also showed up at the release party on Monday for Duff's new album, Dignity.
"She's really fun," says Duff of Lohan. "We were hanging out the other night and she's a nice girl."
