Joe Jonas Debunks Hilary Duff Dating Rumors

Joe Jonas cleared up rumors that he and friend Hilary Duff were dating this morning on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. Joe told Ryan on KIIS FM that his family is neighbors with Hilary in Toluca Lake, Calif.
The rumors began to circulate after Joe was seen walking across Hilary's front law.
He told Ryan that he went a different way out of the house, so when photographers were waiting for Hilary, who is in a long-term relationship with NHL star Mike Comrie, to leave her house, they thought Joe was leaving from her place.
"My parents are her next door neighbors. I was leaving my parents garage, [photographers] must have been waiting for Hilary Duff. Their garages are right next to each other. So as I'm walking out, they take a picture of me, saying I'm leaving Hilary Duff's house. Nick was like 'I'm going to ruin this rumor for you' and I was like 'No, no let it ride for a while.' "
It seems to be a neighborhood filled with former Disney stars. Miley Cyrus also lives down the street.

Hilary Duff's "Business Of Falling In Love" Premieres On ABC Family In April

Hilary Duff's is getting into "The Business of Falling in Love." The new romantic comedy with the former "Lizzie McGuire" star is set to premiere on ABC Family on Sunday, April 18th at 8pm ET/PT.
Based on the book "Diary of a Working Girl" by Daniella Brodsky, Duff plays fashion journalist Lane Daniels who pitches the story "Switching Careers to Find Love" to her favorite magazine and career aspiration Cosmopolitan. The editor falls for the story, which requires Lane to date as many men in a new corporate office job, and Lane falls for music producer Liam (Chris Carmack), who isn't one of the guys her story requires her to date.
Lane has to choose love or a Cosmo cover story, and although for a fashion journalist it might be a tough decision, ABC Family original movies manage to always find a happy ending. "The Business of Falling in Love" is the first TV movie for Duff since 2002's Disney Channel movie "Cadet Kelly."
Duff has recently starred in a much-talked-about guest stint on "Gossip Girl," as well as "According to Greta," which hits DVD and Blu-ray next week. She's also starting work on the upcoming "Story of Bonnie & Clyde."

Duff's new tattoo reminds her to shine

HILARY DUFF has tattooed the word 'Shine' on her hand - to remind her to always sparkle. The So Yesterday singer insists the little ink reminder gets her out of moments of doom and gloom. She tells Nylon magazine, "It's just for me to look at and remember. I feel like it's easy to lose your shine, to lose that special thing about yourself. When you get busy or you get tired and you feel like everything is fake or the world is against you, it's important to keep your character and to let your light shine."

Hilary Duff in Nylon Magazine

One of those rare celebrities whose fame is defined by her successes rather than her mistakes, Hilary Duff conducts herself with the kind of confidence that befits someone who has been working in the entertainment industry for 12 of her 22 years with barely a misstep. Fresh from a guest role (and a threesome) on Gossip Girl, the Texas native is now our NYLON cover girl!
Her clothing line, Femme for DKNY Jeans:
I got to bring in textures that I loved and tell them about the shapes that I like. I designed clothing that I feel are staples for my closet. I think thats really helpful to girls who need to know they can mix high-end with low-end, and you dont have to buy a complete outfit the way its shown in the store. Every girl needs a great leather jacket, and every girl needs a skinny pair of black jeans.
On her close bond with her mother:
My mom is rad. I feel Im so much like her. I dont know if its wrong to drop an F-bomb in the same sentence as your mother, but Im so ****ing lucky to have my mom. Shes just taught me so much and given me so much, and she has such an open heart.
The experience of fame:
I walked into a mall one day and was mobbed by people. And I just remember feeling really different than everyone else. I felt really loved. But it was weird at the same time. I dont necessarily like to walk into a place and be recognized.
Taking the part of starlet Olivia Burke on Gossip Girl:
I was a little hesitant. It was kind of close to home? then I realized, I would never say something [that Olivia says] like, Oh, this is just for the cameras. I think thats what makes me so different from some of the other people my age. It seemed for a time there were people who hated each other and I knew they hated each other but they were in pictures together all the time, smiling and throwing their arms around each other. I was like, Youre in the same business I am how can you do that and feel okay I so wouldnt do that.
